What the LevelCore Warranty Covers

The LevelCore Warranty goes further than a typical product guarantee. It covers:

Many manufacturers only offer to replace the material itself (for example, a membrane or levelling compound) — often reduced in value by how long it has been installed. At LevelCore, we believe that’s not good enough.

The cost of a levelling screed, sealer, primer, or membrane is usually only a small part of the total expense of repairing a floor failure. A warranty that stops at product replacement doesn’t cover the real cost of rectification. That’s why the LevelCore Warranty is designed to protect the entire system — product, application, and finish — when installed as specified.

So before you compare warranty terms, always check what is actually covered. LevelCore offers both a Product Warranty and a System Warranty on all qualifying LevelCore products.

Product Warranty

A LevelCore Product Warranty applies to all LevelCore manufactured products for a period of 10 to 20 years, depending on the product line. LevelCore warrants that each product:

This warranty extends beyond the basic replacement of material. It includes the reasonable, pre-approved cost of removal and re-installation of the defective product and replacement of the immediate covering affected, provided that the installation complied with LevelCore’s published requirements.

Tools and accessories supplied by LevelCore are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

If a defect arises within this period, contact warranty@levelcore.com.au or phone 1800 717 398 with proof of purchase to arrange replacement or refund.

This warranty is offered in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law.

System Warranty

The LevelCore System Warranty is project-specific and applies when a full LevelCore system of compatible products is used together as a complete solution. This warranty confirms that:

System warranties are typically provided for projects involving multiple LevelCore products — for example, a self-levelling underlayment, primer, moisture barrier, adhesive, and sealer working together as a single flooring system.

Where a LevelCore system is used, the warranty covers the whole installation, not just one component.

Extended Warranty Options

Extended or customised warranties are available for non-standard product combinations or projects requiring a longer coverage period.

If your project includes materials or configurations outside published LevelCore systems, contact the LevelCore Technical Services Team on 1800 717 398 before installation for written confirmation and an approved system recommendation.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
