- Baseline product carbon factor (dropdown with “conventional” options or custom)
Core math (behind the scenes):
- Mass installed (kg) = Area × (Thickness/1000) × Density
- Embodied carbon (A1–A3) = Mass × ProductCarbonFactor(kg CO2e/kg)
– If factor is per m2 @ thickness, use that directly.
- Transport (A4, optional) = (Mass/1000) × Distance × EmissionFactor(mode)
- Compare to baseline % reduction and absolute kg COe saved.
