LEVELCORE® TruLevel™

Self-Levelling Screed

A flawless polished‑concrete look— installed fast, over new or existing floors.

Fast, flat, and flooring-ready. LEVELCORE TruLevel is a high-flow, polymer-modified self-levelling screed engineered to deliver high compressive strength and a smooth finish for interior flooring systems.

Ideal for: resilient flooring, LVT, tile, timber and carpet systems over properly prepared internal substrates.

Product Description

A fast‐drying, self‐levelling, polymer modified, abrasion resistant, cementitious underlayment prior to applying floor finishes. It is a pourable and flowable mortar for use where a level surface is necessary prior to installing floor coverings.

Why LEVELCORE™

Speed without compromise

Rapid return to service reduces program risk and downtime.

Laser-true flatness

High flow and self‑levelling rheology minimize trowel marks and pinholes.

Versatile build

From feather‑to‑finish patches to full‑room pours up to 30 mm (single lift).

System friendly

Compatible with in‑slab/radiant heating and most common floor coverings.

Pump or hand‑pour

Optimized for batch mixing or continuous pumping

Confidence under any finish

Smooth, dense surface that helps adhesives and coverings perform.

Mixing and Placement

(site essentials)
1.
Water addition (20 kg)

4.8-4.9 L

2.
Mix time

2-3 minutes to a lump-free, pourable consistency

3.
Placement

pour or pump; spread with gauge rake; de-air with spike roller immediately

4.
Early cure protection

protect from drafts, direct sun, and rapid moisture loss

Safety: Contains cement. Alkaline when wet. Wear gloves, eye protection, and a suitable mask/respirator during mixing. See SDS.

Substrates & Priming

Concrete/cementitious screeds

Mechanically clean and sound; prime to consolidate surface and
reduce pinholes.

Dense/contaminated substrates

Mechanical prep to suitable profile; use a compatible bonding
primer.

Timber/boards/gypsum underlayments

Only where structurally adequate and per local code; prime/seal appropriately.

Radiant heating

Switch off 24 hours prior; restart per commissioning schedule after cure.

Moisture: test per local standards. If above limits for adhesives/coverings, install an appropriate moisture mitigation system before priming

Frequently Asked Questions

How soon can I lay floor coverings?

Typically around 24 hours at < 10 mm under standard conditions; thicker pours require longer. Always verify substrate moisture and adhesive requirements

Yes. Follow the heat-up / cool-down protocol and allow appropriate cure before commissioning.

1–30mm. For deeper sections, extend with graded aggregate per guidance and pour in controlled lifts.

Yes – use an approved primer to improve bond and control absorbency. Confirm the correct primer / system in the TDS/specification.
